- Log in to internet banking.
- Click ‘Accounts’ in the top menu, and choose ‘View transactions’.
- Choose the account you want to search from the dropdown menu.
- Select either a ‘simple’ search, which lets you see all the transactions in set time periods. Or an ‘advanced’ search which lets you search by keywords, amounts and date ranges (after entering advanced search terms, hit ‘Search’).
Saving your results.
Want to save your search results for posterity? Here’s how:
- Click the ‘Export all’ button at the bottom of the page.
- Choose how you want your transactions to be saved – select PDF if you want something you can print out, or CSV if you want to open the results in a spreadsheet.
- Click ‘Export’ and your file should start to download. Don’t see your file? Some browsers may block the pop-up window that downloads the file to your computer. When you hit ‘Export’, watch for a ‘Pop-up blocked’ message – if you see one, click on the alert to tell the browser to allow your file to download.
Need to view a transaction more than 2 years old?
We keep your transaction history for up to 7 years, and you can download these in your account statements.
Here’s how you
find your online statements in internet banking and the ME Bank app.
