Resetting your mobile app PIN.

Blanking on your PIN for the ME app? It happens to all of us – but luckily, it’s easily fixed.

ME Go app.

If you are logged out:

1. Tap ‘Login’.
2. Tap ‘Reset code’ in the top right hand corner.
3. You’ll be sent a verification code to continue.
4. Complete the secret questions.
5. Follow the prompts to reset your code, you will need to enter it twice.

If you are logged in and want to change it:

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Tap ‘Security’ in the menu. 
4. Tap ‘Change access code’
5. Follow the prompts to reset your code, you will need to enter it twice.

Resetting your PIN is simple – you’ll just need your internet banking access code handy. If you need to reset your access code first, you can do that on internet banking.

1. Log in to the app.
2. On the log in screen, tap ‘Forgot your PIN? Reset here.’
3. Enter your internet banking access code.
4. You’ll be prompted to choose a new 4-digit PIN for your app. Enter this twice and you’re all re-set!
