Change your card PIN.

Memory is weird. Sometimes the entire lyrics of Bohemian Rhapsody can be easier to remember than that crucial little 4-digit PIN.
 
Don’t sweat it. Changing the PIN for any of your ME cards is easy – and best of all, you can do it yourself, in the classic ME Bank app, ME Go app or Internet banking.
 
Pro tip for choosing a PIN: Don’t choose your birthday, ‘1-2-3-4’, or anything else that’s too obvious. 

ME Go app.

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Tap ‘Manage cards’ in the menu. 
4. Select the account you’d like to set the PIN for.
5. Tap ‘Change your card PIN’.
6. Enter your desired new PIN by entering it twice.
7. Enter the one-time code we send you to confirm the change. Easy!

ME Go Internet Banking.

1. Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
2. Select ‘Cards’ from the side navigation menu. 
3. Select the Card you wish to manage on the “Cards” screen
4. Select ‘Change your card PIN’.
5. Enter your desired new PIN twice.
6. Enter the one-time code we send you to confirm the change. Easy!

ME Bank app.

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the  icon on the bottom menu bar.
3. Swipe to select the card you’re changing the PIN for.
4. Set your new PIN by entering it twice. 
5. Tap ‘Done’ – that was PINcredible work.

ME Bank Internet Banking.

Mobile phone at the ready?

1. Log in to internet banking.
2. Click ‘Cards’ in the top menu, and choose ‘Change card PIN’.
3. Choose the card you’re resetting, enter your new PIN in the two boxes, hit ‘Set PIN’, and click ‘Continue’.
4. Start the SMS confirmation process (using the code we’ll send you).
5. Enter the SMS authentication code to finalise your new PIN.
