You can replace your damaged card on the spot, either in the ME Go app or in ME Go Internet Banking, and we’ll send out a replacement.
  
If you already have this card in your digital wallet, it will continue to work as usual.

Unfortunately, you cannot replace a damaged card on the ME Bank app or ME Bank Internet Banking. To replace a damaged card, please give ME a call on 13 15 63.
