Forgotten your Customer ID? Don’t sweat – it’s easy to find it.
ME Go app.
If you’re trying to access your ME Go app, your Customer ID is the mobile number you used to set your accounts up.
ME Go Internet Banking.
If you are trying to access your ME Go Internet Banking, we use your phone number and a secure password as credentials to log into your account.
To enhance the security of our accounts, there is no customer reference number required to log in; instead, you will create a secure password.
ME Bank app.

Log in to the ME Bank app.

Tap ‘More’ in the bottom menu.
- At the top of the screen under your name, you’ll find your Customer ID listed.
In your email.
You can find your Customer ID in the email you were sent when you opened your account. (If you need to search your inbox, the email subject line is ‘Your account has been opened’.)
