Make sure you’ve got your mobile phone handy before you start – you might be sent an SMS as part of the payment confirmation process.
- Log in to internet banking.
- Click ‘Pay & transfer’ in the top menu, and choose ‘Pay a bill’.
- Enter your payment details, including the biller code and the customer reference number (you’ll find these listed on your bill).
- Choose whether you want to make the payment now or later on. You can even set up recurring payments.
- Click ‘Continue’, then review your final payment details. If everything’s in order, hit ‘Confirm’.
- If it’s your first time paying this biller, there’ll be an extra security step at this point. Just hit ‘Get SMS’, check your phone for your confirmation code, enter that code, and hit ‘Done’ to finalise your payment.
