ME uses One-Time Pins (OTPs) to keep your account secure when logging in or making changes to your accounts. If you're having trouble receiving OTPs, ensure that the number you're using matches the one registered on your profile. You can request a new OTP by tapping the "Resend Code" button in the ME Go app or ME Go Internet Banking.
