Getting your credit card statements.

Generally you’ll be sent a credit card statement every month; it’ll show all your purchases from the previous month, as well as how much you owe and what your minimum repayment is.

We might not send you a statement is if you haven’t used your card over the last 30 days and you’re up-to-date with your payments.

Online statements

Don’t forget that if your statements are set up for online viewing they won’t be mailed out to you. Instead, you can find your online statements using internet banking.

No statements for extra cardholders

Even if there’s more than one person using the same credit card account, statements will only be sent to the main cardholder.
