Finishing your personal loan.

Ready to put your personal loan behind you? There are a couple of different ways you can get it put to rest.
 

On schedule

If you’ve made your final scheduled direct debit payment, you don’t need to do anything else. We’ll finalise the loan, cancel your direct debit and then send you a letter confirming the successful closure of your account.
 

Early bird

There are no penalties or fees for paying out your personal loan early, so if you’re ready to wrap things up with a lump sum payment, let us know – send us a message using internet banking, or give us a call on 13 15 63. 

We’ll work out how much you have left to repay. If you are happy to go ahead, we’ll organise a direct debit to transfer the money across into your Personal Loan.

Once it’s received, we’ll close the Personal Loan. That’s it – you’re done.
