If you're experiencing issues receiving transfers using your PayID, you can retry the payment using your account number and BSB, which can be found in the ME Go app.

Simply go to Accounts > Select the account you'd like to receive the payment into > Copy account number and BSB.

Alternatively, they can contact their bank for support.


Transfers from the ME Go app or ME Go Internet Banking to accounts accessed using ME Bank Internet Banking or the ME Bank app cannot be made using Osko payments and will take 24 – 48 business hours to appear in your account.
