Adding or removing account holders.

The bottom line: once an account has been set up, we can’t add or remove account holders.
 
But if you do want to turn a single account into a joint account, or take a name off a joint account, the best thing to do is apply for a new account and set it up the way you want.
 
Once the new account is up and running, just transfer your money over and close the old account down.

Extra cardholders

For ME credit card accounts, you can add up to 8 extra cardholders any time you want.

Note: this doesn’t change the actual name on the account, and the extra cardholders don’t have any responsibility to pay off your credit card debt – it’s just a simple way of giving more people access to the account if you need to.
