You can temporarily lock your card in the ME Go app if you think you may have misplaced it (or it’s in your pocket... again).

One-time pins and biometric logins mean your hard-earned savings are always protected by a swipe or a smile.
How secure is mobile banking?
Mobile banking with the ME Go app and Internet Banking is secure. Our app offers biometric logins, including Touch ID and Face ID, to protect access to your transactions and account information. Additionally, one-time PIN authentication is available across both the ME Go app and Internet Banking for added security.
What is the difference between mobile banking and internet banking?
The biggest difference between mobile and internet banking is convenience! With the ME Go banking app, you can handle all your everyday banking activities right from the palm of your hand. Our intuitive, easy-to-use app makes managing transactions and accounts simpler than ever. And if you prefer to bank on your desktop, ME Go Internet Banking is available too.
How can I add my card to the digital wallet?
You can add your SpendME Visa Debit Card to your Apple wallet and your Google and Samsung wallets. Simply open the ME Go app, navigate to the profile screen, select manage cards, select add to digital wallet.

What is a mobile banking app?
A mobile banking app, like ME Go, is a digital app that allows you to access your bank accounts and perform transactions using your phone or tablet. All you need to do is simply log in to your account on the app to view account balances, transfer funds, pay bills, and so much more.
What features are available through the ME Go app?
There are a variety of features available on the ME Go banking app which make your everyday banking so much easier.
Depending on the type of account you have, you can:
- Round up payments directly into your savings account
- Track upcoming bills
- Set spending budget and savings goals
- Check your balance
- Transfer money within Australia
- Pay bills via BPAY
- Update your personal details
- Increase your daily limits
- Access statements
- Open and close accounts

Does ME Go support biometrics (Touch ID or Face ID)?
Yes. The ME Go banking app supports both Touch ID and Face ID. You'll be prompted to enable Touch ID or Face ID when you set up your account and you can still use a access code if you prefer.
Are there any monthly account keeping fees?
No. We don't charge you monthly fees on any of our ME Go accounts. For details on any other fees that might apply, you can check them out our account fee page

Does ME Go support joint accounts?
Yes. You can apply for a joint account directly in the app by selecting 'ME and someone else' and we'll send a message to the other account owner and the account will be opened once they have provided their details. It’s important to know that all applicants must complete formal identification before the account can be opened.
What is that weird code that appears at end of SMS verification messages?
In short, it’s the app’s hash. It creates a link between the app requesting the verification code and the SMS. That allows the code in the SMS to be auto filled into the app. It’s like magic and means there’s one less thing you have to do.
