Interpreter services 

If English isn’t your first language, if you have limited English, and would prefer to speak to us in another language, call us on 13 15 63 so we can arrange an interpreter to help you. The interpreter services are free of charge.

If you recently received an email about the closure of your inactive account and:

• your account had a balance more than $0 at the time of closure, a statement is on its way to you;
• your account had a balance of $0 at the time of closure and you would like a copy of your final statement, please contact us by phone.
