To transfer more than $20,000 to an external bank account you'll need to:

  1. Download and fill out a Direct Credit Request form. 
  2. Email the form back to us at dcr@mebank.com.au (electronic signatures on the form are acceptable).
  3. Call ME on 13 15 63 to confirm details of your request.
  4. Once you’ve spoken to ME we can process your transfer. Please note that funds may take 1-3 days to arrive.
Please note: Direct Credit Request requests received and confirmed after 3pm AEST/AEDT may be actioned on the following banking business day.
