You can permanently cancel your card on the spot, either in the classic ME Bank app, ME Go app or on internet banking, and we’ll send out a replacement.
 
If you’re overseas and you need the replacement card, call ME right away on +61 3 9708 4001.
 
You can add your replacement ME debit card to Apple or Google Pay™ before the plastic arrives, using your mobile app. For your credit card, you’ll need to wait until your new card arrives in the post so you can accept the terms and conditions first.
