ME Bank has today changed its contact centre phone menu options.
We've changed the menu structure so queries can be answered the first time by the right person, providing a better service to customers.
We're now asking callers to choose an extra option, so that we're ready to assist with specific enquiries as soon as we pick up the phone.
The contact centre can still be accessed on the same phone number: 13 15 63.
