What service does a Mobile Banking Manager offer?

A Mobile Banking Manager will visit you at your home or workplace at a convenient time to discuss your home loan requirements. The discussion will not cost you anything and it is obligation free. The Mobile Banking Manager will assist you in completing the application form and will keep you updated throughout the home loan settlement process.


Will a Mobile Banker visit me on weekends or evenings?

We understand that you are busy therefore our Mobile Banking Managers will work with you to find a suitable time to visit you wherever you are, at a time that suits. 


Are all regions covered by Mobile Bankers?

ME has Mobile Banking Managers established in pockets throughout Australia. If you are located regionally, give our National Customer Contact Centre a call 13 15 63 during business hours to find out if there is a Mobile Banking Manager located close to you.

Alternatively, arrangements can be made for those customers who live in isolated regions where by a Mobile Banking Manager can still conduct a phone interview and assist you through your home loan journey.

Yes, if you are not currently a customer of ME you can use this service.


I’m already a ME customer. Can I use this service to top up my home loan or make changes to my home loan?

Our National Customer Contact Centre staff can help you with these changes. Call us on 13 15 63 Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, or Saturday 9am – 5pm (AEST/AEDT) and we'll help you out.
